Location

Department of Measurement is situated at CTU FEE in Technická 2 street. Most of the offices are located in the blocks A3 on the third floor and B3 on the ground and fourth floor.

Directions and Traffic Maps

Directions from the airport:
Bus No. 119 or AE to the stop Dejvicka (final stop)

Directions from the Main station (Hlavni nadrazi):
Underground (Metro) line C to Museum (1-st) 
Change to the line A and go to the station Dejvicka (final stop)

Directions from the Holesovice station (Holesovicke nadrazi):
Underground (Metro) line C to Muzeum
Change to the line A and go to the station Dejvicka (final stop)

Places to stay in Prague near the faculty

There are thousands of possibilities,  the best price is of course through internet booking agencies. 

Close to our building are these premises:

  • Our university hotel Masarykova kolej is spartan, but conveniently located. It is a challenge to find your room especially after  some drinks. 
  • Newly reconstructed army hotel. Some people liked it. This would be my choice even though I went through the obligatory military service 
  • Four-star aseptic hotel Diplomat 
  • Hotel Denisa  - at http://www.hotelsprague.cz/  some people report that it was clean and cheap
  • Hotel Krystal  - on the middle way to the airport another university hotel
  • You should go by tram to reach our building and also underground line A. My choice only if all other reasonable places in Prague are sold out.
